How We DO IT
- Travel Assistance: Book flights, hotels, transfers, and provide guidance on travel needs.
- Reservations & Tickets: Secure reservations for restaurants, events, and book tours.
- Gifting & Special Requests: Procure gifts, arrange delivery, and any other special requests
- Local Information: Provide recommendations on local attractions, shopping, entertainment, and dining.
- Errands: Perform personal errands, manage mail, and coordinate household chores or maintenance services.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning events, including coordinating venues, catering, and decorations.
- Emergency Support: Help with emergency travel needs, such as finding a translator or arranging cash transfers.

We offer monthly concierge memberships with three tiers—Essentials, Executive, and Elite—each with defined service hours and inclusions.
After your consultation, you’ll receive a proposal tailored to your needs.
- Essentials: selective scheduling and travel support
- Executive: expanded project and brand assistance
- Elite: full-scale VIP management and coordination
(Short version for mobile): Essentials = basic; Executive = mid-level; Elite = full VIP service.
